Line-up

Turn Back, the band’s third studio album, was an attempt to return to the traditional sextet style and it was a more consistent, more powerful effort with a harder edge. Its more punk-rock sound was a reflection of the maturation of the group and included drummer Bobby Kimball’s increased proficiency on the drums, as well as an improved, mature vocal delivery from singer Joseph Williams.
